Music & Me
Many challenges have presented themselves in my lifetime thus far but having a positive outlook and appreciating each day I embrace challenge and change and make the best of it. With the changes and the continually evolving base of technology to stay relevant, and healthy competition I continue on the journey to perfect my own craft. Many artists, producer, and general creative beings have great thing to say about the calibre of work I produce, and the work ethic I possess and my response with always remain humbled.
I remember starting out I didn't have a clue as to how to take my thoughts and turn them into a track. Taking the tie consuming route I learned from trial and error on how to use a DAW. The music however has always been present in my life. From the ages of preadolescent I was always an avid listener of various styles and genres of music. From R&B/Soul to Country I could always find appreciation for the craft and the effort it took to bring a song together. After I began playing an instrument at the age of 12, I discovered a new respect for the components that lay the foundation for almost every song. Once I had played an instrument for some time my curiosity to compose grew and I began my journey to being a producer.
I learned many DAW's and various program plugins, and with the refinement that accompanies attending the rigorous courses at Full Sail University's Audio Production Bachelor's Program I've gained a much deeper understanding of how to give songs "polish", record live sessions with pristine mic technique, and processing audio signal optimal to yield optimal results.
Ultimately I will continue down the road and seeking a company like Interscope to build a working relationship and learn from other professionals as well.
